Fantastic  my husband daughter and myself stayed here, on our very first visit to turkey we found the staff very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, no task to great, they will go out of there  way to help.

My wife and I stayed there in June 2005 and we found it excellent, it is what it says on the tin: a small family run Hotel. Sinan, the son, helps out in any way he can and the staff were really friendly, when you leave you know you've made some really good friends who would be pleased to welcome you again and again.
This was the most relaxing holiday we've had spending one day relaxing by the pool and the next walking or doing a trip.

To summerise the EL-Ze is excellent, Hiseranu is nice and Sinan and his staff are brilliant.
